REMOVALIST RATES · SYDNEYPriced before you book, not after.

Real rates, live below — estimate your own move, then get a detailed quote broken down line by line before you book.

How a Mint quote is built

Hourly, for local moves

One hourly rate for the crew and the truck. A 2-hour minimum, then 30-minute increments — never rounded up to the hour.

Every known extra, disclosed

The weekend and public holiday rate, and the call-out fee, are itemised on your quote before you book. Never discovered on the invoice.

Fixed, for interstate

Interstate moves (ACT, VIC and QLD) are one fixed price, door to door, quoted off your inventory and held to it; anything beyond what you listed we discuss before loading, never after. Regional NSW moves are quoted by the hour or at a fixed price; your quote says which.

SAMPLE
1Hourly rate — 2 movers, 1 truck $180
2Estimated time on the job — 3 hours $540
3Call-out — 30 minutes $90
4Weekend or public holiday rate Weekday — none
Estimated total — based on the hours shown $630

An illustration at our current weekday rates, not a customer quote. Your quote confirms the call-out and any extras; hourly moves bill for the hours they take.

1

One rate, one line

Crew and truck together, on one line of the quote.

2

Every move starts at two hours

The minimum is on the quote, not in the fine print.

3

Billed in half-hours after that

30-minute increments — you never pay for a full hour you didn't use.

4

Weekend and public holiday rates shown up front

Moving on a weekend or a public holiday? That rate is its own line, shown before you accept.

5

The call-out fee is a line, too

A line like everything else. The only things not on your quote are the ones the day creates: waiting time, parking fees and permits, tip or disposal fees, any parking fine the truck gets on your job and, on an hourly move, road tolls.

Interstate is simpler still: interstate moves (ACT, VIC and QLD) are one fixed price, door to door, for the inventory on the quote. Regional NSW moves are quoted by the hour or at a fixed price; your quote says which.

An estimate, not a quote. Your quote confirms the hourly rate, minimum, call-out and any extras; hourly moves bill for the hours they take.

Nothing goes on the truck without your say-so.

Anything that wasn’t on your quote is priced before it’s loaded, and it only travels if you agree. Hourly moves bill for the hours they take. Waiting time, parking fees and permits, tip or disposal fees and any parking fine the truck gets on your job are charged as incurred, and so are road tolls on an hourly move. A fixed price includes its tolls.
