82 pickups since 2012. Clifftop houses, streets that narrow as they climb, and homes built down the slope so the front door is the top floor. Access decides the vehicle, the crew and the timing — and it's solved at quote time, not on the day.
What moving in Vaucluse actually involves.
Where the truck can stand
Narrow clifftop streets rule out the biggest truck on some jobs. We match the vehicle to the street; sometimes two smaller trucks are quicker than one big truck that can't turn around.
Homes below street level
Where the living areas sit below the street, everything comes up to the truck. Tell us the levels and the path, and the crew and hours for that carry are on the quote before you accept it.
Large, valuable pieces
Upright pianos, oversized art, stone tables. Named on the quote, wrapped for the piece, and crewed for the stairs. Grand pianos are assessed case by case, based on access. Fragile & valuable items →
